Kwaku Afriyie
Founder/ Head of Training & Performance
Working with professional athletes and working professionals, Kwaku has built a strong community behind him. People believing in his purpose, understanding his vision and more importantly wanting to grow with him to help with their fitness/health journey. Kwaku has also had the pleasure of working with a wide range of boxers over the recent years specialising in Skills & Conditioning to help prepare fighters, during camp for fights and in the off season.
Kyle Juttla
Head of Strength & Conditioning
Kyle is a certified strength & conditioning coach who also specializes in high intensity interval training. He has an educational background in sports science and with just over 4 years in the fitness industry he has an extensive background of training athletes and working professionals, individuals suffering from previous injuries and clients with minimal gym experience.
Aynk Vigneswaran
Head of Rehab & Injury Prevention
Aynk is a specialist physiotherapist within high performance sport, with experience over many years working with a variety of elite athletes across premiership/championship football, international basketball and professional boxing. He has experience travelling with teams to major international competitions providing assistance to prepare athletes, working alongside other experts in the field.
Heena Johnson
Massage Therapist
Heena‚s strengths are are in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage and Therapeutic Massage. Each client is treated as a unique individual and nothing is more important to her than to help restore wellbeing. Heena works either on specific issues or the body as a whole depending on the client’s needs to achieve recovery. She offers maintenance plans for continued wellbeing and also specialises in Pregnancy & Postnatal massage.
Ka-Cie Addison
Sports Therapist

Ka-Cie’s passion for the art of sports massage therapy is built upon his love of sport, particularly rugby, he draws on a deep understanding of the human form to provide tailor made treatments with a signature relaxing, strong style. Ka-Cie specialises in Sports Massage, Swedish (relaxing) massage and Dry Cupping.

His experience includes working with a variety of different athletes including bodybuilders, cross fitters, runners, rugby and football players.
